Dean shoved off Sam's hand, moaned faintly and scrunched up his nose. Adorable though this was, Sam wanted his brother awake and on the road, so he shook him again.
"Snap out of it!"
Dean sat bolt upright, wide-eyed.
"Shit, that was a weird-ass dream. Prince Charles was a triffid and the Queen wanted to rub sun-lotion into my back…!"
Sam stared. "Man, that is just so wrong."
"I know right? I mean, I wouldn't say no to that Pippa oiling me up, but this was just surreal."
"I think you mean surroyal, don't you?"
"Very funny, Sam, har har."
