First story, First few chapter will probably suck. Constructive Criticism welcomed. Disclaimer: I do not own the Legend of Zelda or any character within the franchise. Claimer, I own Chain.
Where…am I? I looked around my surroundings. A plain, blank area, a flat landscape, only the floors of Hyrule Castle could be this smooth. Suddenly, a huge white flash appeared in front of my eyes. An angel dressed in a white gown, with a sword in her right hand and a lyre in the other. This can be none other than the Legendary Goddess, Hylia.
Chain…
Once... Long ago….

…
I awoke with a gasp, I lay in my bed, covered in sweat and while I was panting, I replayed my dream.
"It's, it was just a dream, dreams are never true" I told myself. I got out of bed as I dressed myself and headed out. I lived in a village near the border of Faron woods and the Lost woods.
I lived in an orphanage at the edge of town. Everyone at my village was friendly and I loved them. Not that kind with girlfriends and boyfriends, but the kind where you love your parents, or Hyrule.
I lived in a time of prosperity where there where were no wars and we traded with the other 3 races of Hyrule. The Gorons gave us salt, the Zoras gave us the most AMAZING fish, and the Gerudos gave us fried like-like which were surprisingly good and some pottery. Us Hylians gave them the most though, milk, meat, and on special occasions, the rare Hylian Loach.
I was doing my chores that I was assigned at the orphanage. I had finished the others so I only had to do the last one, laundry. I walked out to go to the stream to wash my clothes. When I got there I nearly fainted. There was a heavily injured Zora lying in the beach. I rushed to his side, desperately trying to get him to stay conscious.
"Wh-what happened to you! Are you hurt?" I asked, frantically trying to get an answer out of him.
"G-G-Gannondorf… he…has been… released… I tried to stop him but seeing how…" He rasped. The Zora was at the door of death.
"Beware of the Triforce of Power…" And with that he went limp.
I prayed to the goddesses for a good passage into the afterlife, but I heard a blood-curling scream in the direction of the village. I turned around and I saw smoke.
I sprinted toward the village and I was devastated by what I saw. The village was caught by a raging inferno, but it wasn't regular red and yellow. It was Black and purple.
A sure sign of dark magic
I was so devastated by the state of the village that I was blind to the fact that it didn't smell.
Burning Hylians always stank
And that was my last devastating sight till everything went black.
