lostmoonchild: Okay, I'm pretty sure somebody thought it'd be funny to see Kuwabara's reaction when Hiei and Yukina tell Kuwabara and honestly, I had to agree. So here we go and without further delay... the disclaimer! I don't own YYH (why was I about to type "Code: Lyoko"? Too many CL fics and too little YYH, me thinks) so don't sue me!

A Secret Revealed

He couldn't believe it. His beloved Yukina was that annoying shrimp's twin sister?! He wanted to believe that they were playing prank but the happiness in Yukina's eyes was too real to be anything else.

Hiei's eyes showed nothing but a challenge to Kuwabara. He was daring him to make a comment that would hurt Yukina's feelings. "That's great, Yukina my love. All this time we were searching, he was no more than a few feet away." Kuwabara said with a smile.

Yukina nodded happily and held onto Hiei's arm as if she was afraid he would vanish into thin air. "Go inside, imouto, Kuwabara and I need to talk." Hiei said, his voice leaving no room for argument.

"Hai, onii-san." Yukina said with a smile.

---------------Kuwabara's POV----------------

Great, the shrimp's really going to kill me now. If I had known that he was my beloved Yukina's brother I wouldn't have called him names. Like Urameshi says, "Payback's a bitch."

"I wasn't lying, baka, we do need to talk."

"About?" Okay, I was scared. Any normal human in my position WOULD be. If they weren't, I'd say they're crazy.

"Yukina."

"Okay…"

"I have enemies and they'd do anything to get to me. Hurting Yukina would be their best method."

"So why are you telling me that?"

"To ensure you don't go blabbing. I didn't tell her because I was protecting her."

So the shrimp has a heart after all. I was beginning to think he didn't tell her just to watch her suffer. "So you do havea heart." I said with a surprise.

Hiei, however, didn't look surprised at the information. "I'm giving you a choice, ningen. You can stay with my sister and protect her by keeping your mouth shut or you can leave her and break her heart. Either way, you're keeping your mouth shut." Hiei said, his voice warning.

"If I don't?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"I'll make you."

"No matter what you think, shrimp, I wouldn't hurt Yukina."

'I know."

"But I have a question."

"What?"

"How can an emotionless shrimp like you be related to a loving woman like Yukina?" I asked.

Hiei looked at the unconscious Kuwabara and shook his head. He hoped Yukina would grow tired of the oaf but he knew she cared for him. He would have to simply adjust to the oaf.

But not right away.
