The Great Escape!

It was a regular day at the Brickstone Academy. Teacher's were in classrooms teaching students about stuff they will never need to use again in life. On the far wing of the pupils cabins, Craig sat there with his room mate, Amari.

"How are we ever going to escape this Thickstone Academy if you" but he didn't dare continue to say another word of that sentence. "It would probably be best to not mention escape when our window and door are open and teachers are hunting the hall ways to find the trophy you took" Amari shouted, trying to get his friend in trouble. He hated when Craig does things that might get him in trouble.

Amari jumped on his bed and took out the plans. He did'nt want the teachers to find them. In fact, he didn't want the teachers searching around all his things to find a chess trophy that Craig stole.

"Listen, we'll escape today so you won't get into any serious trouble with the headmaster and I won't get in trouble because I knew you took it" Amari said.

Craig saw the plans. He grinned ear to ear. He knew that what he saw in front of him would change his life forever.

"So this is the route for escape" said Amari. "Right, so we go through the main building, through gym one and out of the gate and run" Craig whispered, making sure no teachers were hearing any of this. Amari shook his head. "We go through the science lab, through gym three and over the wall" explained Amari.

They started to pack their things into old sports bags. Craig looked over at Amari, he was putting his textbooks into bags. He was such a great friend. Leaving everything he had, education, friends and food, just so that he wouldn't get in trouble.

The plan was going great. They had made it through science lab without no trouble. They were inside the gym and could see the exit.

"Do you reckon their searching our cabin now" Amari asked Craig. "Yeah, but they won't find anything there because I put the trophy back two days ago" laughed Craig. Amari gave him a cold look. "What, I put it back" Craig laughed again. "You mean, we spent all this time trying to get you out of trouble because you took the trophy and then you didn't even have it. Well, so much for the GREAT ESCAPE!
