Once we were finished with what we hadn't done in almost a three weeks, I couldn't help but analyze him. A part of me was fighting the other side that was worried about him. His body lay next to mine, stiff, cold, almost lifeless. It was scary. But I knew he wasn't dead, although he wished he was. And there was simply nothing I could do. I wasn't the Avatar or anything.

After the attacks by the Equalist at the Pro-Bending arena I heard that supposedly the Avatar had been working on doing the opposite of what Amon was able to do, restore bending. Tahno had been making various visits to Air Temple Island. He was anxious. As much as I had tried to force myself to not harbor any type of feelings for the The Ex-Bender, I couldn't help it. Of course at first, I was just the sex. That's all it ever was with Tahno when it came to his

Fan girls. No feelings, no attachments. Yes he was prude, obnoxiously vain and insulting but he was still human. He was still a man.

I was finally able to catch hold of him about a month after the situation. I figured he needed something to distract himself.

"Tahno..." My voice was barely a whisper. I knew that he wasn't dead but he was just morbidly laying there.

He grunted in response not looking at me.

I sighed heavily and laid myself back down on the bed next to him.

Good, I just wanted a response to make sure he was okay.
