I've Been Waiting
"Where in the world have you been, Ginny?" Ron Weasley thundered as his little sister stepped into the Gryffindor common room on a late winter night.
Ginny rolled her eyes and gave her brother a look that said, "Don't even bother."
The truth was, she didn't need anybody knowing exactly where she had been. It had the distinct possibility to change her entire reputation.
Ginny whipped out her new diary, which she had gotten professionally enchanted, and sat down by the fire with her quill.
Hey, Chloe.
Ginny! Why haven't you written in so long?
I've been...busy.
So what's the latest news with your two lover boys?
I don't really know. I mean, the entire school knows more about it than I do.
So? Ok, just tell me what's happened so far, from the beginning. Don't leave ANYTHING out...
Well...ok. I've known Harry for a long time and I've known Malfoy for almost the same amount of time. Last year Harry paid just a tiny bit more attention to me, and then Malfoy started to harass me about it. It was in the same day that Harry kissed me that Draco did. I can't tell whether Draco really likes me or not, but the problem is that I've liked the two of them forever, even though Malfoy's a jerk. I can't help it. It's something about those eyes...
Yes, yes. Do you have any idea how many times you have told me about his eyes? Continue.
Yeah well, that's pretty much it, other than the fact that the whole school knows about the triangle! Now Ron's harassing me too! Just now he asked where I had been! He's not my keeper, he has no right to...
Yes, he does. He's your last brother here, Gin. Just let him do the protective bit.
You know, you usually help, but right now I don't think I'm in the mood to have advice given to me. Thanks anyways.
Ok. Talk to you later, Gin. Good luck!
Thanks, Chlo.
