Kagemaru realized that his relationship with Aoi was a true case of, 'you can look, but you can't touch.' In fact... she knew nothing about him outside of the World Fighting Tournament; she didn't even know his real name.

In time, he would forget it, too, and become a shadow forever.

Until then, Umenokouji Aoi would awake every morning to find paper flowers on her window-sill, and Kagemaru would return every night to see them weaved into one of her beautiful flower arrangements.

Just a random thought. I suppose this could be called a 'micro fic'. In any case, the pairing is Hagakure Kagemaru/Umenokouji Aoi, of the Virtua Fighter series. So, they belong to Sega and AM2. Yay for ninjas with secret crushes on cute college girls!
