As he stood there holding my hands, gazing thoughtlessly into my eager eyes, he whispered quietly. His voice barely auidable but i heard him clear as day. "I love you." my heart began to pound in my chest, it took everything i had just to remember to breathe. He took his hand from mine and began to slowly slide it up my forearm,
past my elbow, to my shoulder, fianlly coming to rest upon my cheek, his thumb gentely touched my lips, preparing me for what was to happen next. His left now mimicking what his right had done only moments ago. He longingly pulled my face towards his own and the second our lips touched i knew that standing there in the empty hall way with my face between his hands and my lips press softly against his, was it. It being what I had longed and hoped for my whole life...love. I knew in that very moment that i never wanted to leave his side. I wanted to be able to feel his touch always. When his lips pulled away from mine, he smiled the adorable, crooked smile that i loved so much only making me love him that much more. Until this moment i had never understood Romeo and Juliette. Why, after knowing someone for only a day, would you kill yourself? Well It had been only a day since i met the amazing boy staring into my eyes but if our story was anything like that of Romeo and Juliette, i would die as she did without even blinking an eye.
