Remember Us~
"Do you remember when we made out in my bedroom?" Tyson whispered in a teasing tone and gently brushed Kai's bluenette locks away from his ear with his index finger. "Because I had stuck mistle toe on the ceiling."
Blushing with a slight grin filling his lips, the Hiwatari closed his eyes to embrace the flashback that was replaying in front of him. It was like the two teens were so careless about what the world was going through as long as they were happy together.
The way Tyson would smile at Kai with those large innocent brown eyes staring into his soul would just defrost his heart, yet his body would be hypnotised by the husky voice the champion would possess.
"I would go back to that moment in time tomorrow." Kai truthfully spoke and peeked open his left eyelid to catch a glimpse his crush's actions.
He shivered as Tyson had taken a deep inhale of Kai's scent that was naturally devoured. His warm breath was tickling the flesh on Kai's throbbing throat.
"So could I." Tyson agreed and giggled childishly. "Do you remember when you brought that diamond ring?"
"I did. For Christmas." Kai's soothing crimson eyes fluttered open and he tilted his head at the hand Tyson was flashing in his face – he was still wearing that glamorous item like he was a proud King. "What do you say when Hilary asks you whom it's from?"
The ex-champion grunted in a low tone as Kai had leaned forward to press his lips against his masculine hand, over the ring. "I tell her it's from a close friend. But I haven't admitted it's from you." He confessed and rested his hand back into his jeans pocket.
"Typical." Kai sarcastically huffed. "Why did you come here again Tyson? Because I get the feeling that you should be at home with your wife and son."
"You're right. But I came to drop off this present." Tyson's gesture had shattered and his confidence vaporised. He couldn't bare the thought of leaving Kai alone this Christmas, especially after the devastating news of his Grandfather. "It's something that you can cherish."
Shrugging, Kai watched the Granger pull out small jewellery box from his jeans pocket. "Here. It will match the silver tinsel on your tree." He winked insecurely and shakily opened the box for Kai to feast his eyes upon the prized possession – an Opal ring for his middle finger.
"It has your birthstone on, Opal for October." Tyson cleared up, feeling his heart skip a beat when Kai accepted the gift. "It's really classy looking."
"Hmph. Sure." Kai wriggled his eyebrows and placed the item on his finger. "Now we are even huh?" He hinted about the ring on Tyson's finger.
"You bet." Tyson laughed and blushed. "Now you get the joys of explaining who brought you that ring, just like I do."
"Pft. I'm sure I can come up with something more creative and believable Tyson." Kai smirked again as Tyson opened up his arms to pull his ex-captain into a warm hug.
