As Sylvia was running through the halls of the abandoned space ship before it gets blown up, every part of her mind was on Wander. His name and his voice was clinging to her mind.
Sylvia finally made it to the escape pod and hopped inside. She turned her body around to see the ship where Wander was killed one last time. "Goodbye Wander." she whispered. Then the escape pod blasted off into space, leaving Wander with the beast that wanted to feast on his flesh.
As the escape pod was flying farther and farther away from the ship, Sylvia was sobbing as hard as she could. She was crying so hard that the tears were coming out like the Niagara Falls. "My... My Be-e-e-e-e-est Buddy!" Sylvia stuttered as she tried to speak between sobs.
"What am I gonna... what am I gonna do without... hi-i-i-i-m?!" She was laying on her side, her face toward the window. With her eyes still covered, Sylvia began to calm down as she was sniffling.
What am I doing, I'm like sobbing like a ... child! I need to man up! She thought.
"I'm just gonna have to figure out how to move on!" Sylvia shouted out loud
"Wander would've wanted it that way."
"He'd say, 'It's always sunny somewhere, Sylvia old girl..." Sylvia started with a southern accent.
"So keep your eye on the horizon..." Sylvia turned away from the window.
"And don't look back. Never look back." Sylvia had a small feeling inside that Wander was still alive. But at the same time she didn't want to look back or else another flood of tears and memories would consume her body. "Don't look back. Don't look back." Sylvia said over and over in her mind.
She opened her eyes and looked at the window. Sylvia couldn't struggle not to look back anymore.
She turned her blue body around to see the ship. In one of the ship's windows, Sylvia spotted a familiar orange shape with a green hat on. "Wander?" Sylvia asked.
"He's alive!" She thought "Wander!" This time she was screaming.
Then, the beast that wanted to eat Sylvia from earlier spotted Wander. Wander turned around then the beast attacked him. "WANDER!" Sylvia screamed at the top of her lungs. "I'm not gonna lose him again." Sylvia thought.
She looked around the ship frantically to find an escape pod. "Oh I can't... HOW DO I GET OUT OF THIS FLARPIN' THING!?" Sylvia shouted. Then something caught her eye. The words "escape pod" were written twice over a small medal door.
Sylvia stared blankly at the door. "Really?" She thought as she folded her arms.
She opened the door and climbed in and pressed the 'Launch' button. In a split second she was blasted off towards the ship.
"I'M COMING, WANDER!" Sylvia shouted.
In a few minutes, Sylvia was just in front of the ship until it broke down. Sylvia then started to think of how to get to the entrance.
An idea popped in her head, she took a deep breath and tried to break open the escape pod's door. It finally popped open. Sylvia started floating through the ships parts, trying to hop off and avoid as many obstacles as she can.
When Sylvia reached on the ship's windows, she punched it and it broke as air was coming out as forceful as a tornado's wind. She got inside and ducked down as the air was coming out along with a bunch of other stuff.
A big metal door came flying towards the window and blocked the rest of the air from going outside.
Sylvia immediately sat up and didn't bother to see what was blocking the window. She quickly got up and started to search for Wander before the ship blows up or before the beast attacks him again.
