I made a fic long ago. I think I'll start submitting more of BillyxMandy stuff. There needs to be more. Just a simple oneshot it is! Enjoy!
"I likes the Fall Mandy."
"Hmm..."
"It's all red and orange...with some browns and greens too!" Billy said excited. Mandy said nothing and continued to flick the leaves off the tree branch next to her. Billy sat close to her on a stone wall overlooking a large meadow with their home out of view.
"I'm sure we could ask Grim to make everything red." Mandy said tonelessly.
"Yeah! It'll be so cool!" the teenage boy cried out.
Mandy glanced at the redhead. Slowly he had become more handsome over the years, loosing his baby fat and large nose and gaining some good looks in exchange.
Billy gazed over to the girl and noticed her expressionless stare. Anger seemed to have lessened in her life lately. She found less reasons to get angry, though she was still disgusted with human culture and their stupidities, she still found some ways to keep herself less than driven irritated.
Sometimes, more often lately, she would bully Billy. Tease him and manipulate him so that he's helpless to her power. Throwing empty threats or commanding him to things he REALLY didn't want to do.
Once she sat on his lap. For some reason, he couldn't push her off. Her green eyes stared into his blue ones, as though daring him to do anything otherwise. The stare always won him over and he would be left weak in her grasp.
And she never would have to say anything!
Billy unconsciously reached up to his head, pulling off his red cap and scratched his scalp. Though it was clean, it still would have its moments of itches.
"Billy."
The boy animately pulled his cap back on and turned to the girl as though she were the general and he the rookie. Eyes on the girl, he watched her walk towards him in slow strides. The boy straightened his back as she twirled on her heel to face him, green eyes flashing dangerously under her blond bangs. He gulped a lump in his throat and hoped he hadn't done anything to upset her.
An angry Mandy was never a good thing.
"You've worn that hat for years. Have you washed it...or even taken it off your head?"
"Um...yeah! I do! Mom always tells me to. Because it gets dirty loads of times!"
"I see."
Mandy reached for his hat, and he leaned away a bit. A frown built up on the female's face and Billy winced some under her hardened glare.
"Let me see it Billy."
"W-What will you do with it?" he asked timidly.
"I want to see it."
Billy bit his lip ad held his hat tighter on his head. This was the last thing he treasured from his childhood. He wouldn't want it to fall into the wrong hands. Even if it was Mandy. Now, normally, he would comply, but his sense of logic was always changing and today it told him to be extra cautious of those demon green eyes.
Mandy blinked once, her frown disappearing and her irritated gaze softening up. The boy felt light hearted to thinking she would leave him alone for once.
Instead, Mandy reached up to grab his wrists and gently pulled them away. Her eyes never strayed from his as he was rendered speechless and stupefied! Mandy began to smile a little, lifting a hand to stroke his cheek, sending chills through his body at the electrical touch. Once she knew he was stunned, Mandy slowly took off his precious hat.
"There." she said tossing the thing away. She then brought her hands up to his wild red hair and ran her fingers through it. It felt good, and Billy did not show any sign of protest. The girl then smoothed her hands over his head until they were at the base of his neck. He gasped seeing the girl lean into his face, nose to nose.
"I like you better without that thing." she said with no smile on her face. And in a second, she leaned in and kissed him.
