Prologue
"Thank you."
Those were the words that kept on haunting my mind. Words that I grew to love as time pass by. I know that he was sincere, until now I believe that it came from his heart.
I smiled at thought of how those two words affect someone, how it made someone feel happy and relief. Two simple words that can make a person smile.
I forced myself to stand but failed. My sight had become blurring. I closed my eyes, waiting for the hard impact of my body to the cold and solid ground. To my surprise, nothing hard bump me, it was the exact different. The cold and solid ground had become soft and… warm?
I slowly open my eyes just to see familiar faces. At first, I couldn't tell who they were but then realize that they were the people that I love. They were all crying, even Sai. But the thing that made me more surprise is that Sasuke was there.
Blood and tears were present on his face, on his beautiful face. I lift my hands to reach his face, tempting to wipe his tears but failed. Just then a warm hand grabbed it. I turn to face the person just to find Naruto's face. If it weren't for my current condition, I would be laughing like crazy but then it made me guiltier. I did it for everyone's smile, so why are they crying?
I want them to feel safe and glad. I want them to continue with their lives. That's when it hit me. I curled the ends of my lips and cracked a smile, whispering the words "Thank you"
Everything went black. Who would've think that the words that I love the most would be my last sentence?
I would do my best in updating. I just don't have much time now. I know it's too early but I want to know if you'd like Sakura dead or alive…
