Carly Shay comes to stay

When Carly abruptly turns up on Sam & Cat's doorstep, her and Sam have a blazing row about why they haven't contacted each other in three years. What Sam doesn't know is Carly has been through some tough times in Italy. And when their friendship grows even stronger, disaster strikes. This will leave Sam feeling guilty forever.

Sam and Cat sat on their sofa, counting piles of their money they had earned from their babysitting business.

"So, here's the deal, we've got £100 dollars here. i'll have £90. No, actually, i'll have £99.99 and you can have a lucky penny!" explained Sam

"Aww, thanks. It's so sweet of you to give me a penny for good luck. Now all my dreams and wishes will come true!" replied Cat merrily.

"Oh, you forgot the next part. 'pass a penny to a friend, then your luck will never end,' so i'll take that penny and then both of our dreams and wishes will come true."

"YAY" Screeched Cat with happiness.

Suddenly the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it," said Cat. She was already galloping over to the door.

She answered the door and there stood a girl, around her age, with shoulder-length black hair wearing a polka-dot dress with pink heels and lots of makeup.

"Hi, can i talk to Sam please. I suspect your Cat." said the girl

"Yes, i am Cat. Who are you?"

"I'm Carly. Carly Shay. Lovely to meet you."

"You're that girl that Sam always talks about. The one who moved to Italy, and used to do a web show with her."

"Yes, that's me! Can I…come in?"

"Of course, do you want some pink lemonade?"

"No thanks, I've only just had…breakfast!"

At that moment, Sam strolled in from the other room and dropped the plate of Fried Chicken she was eating on the floor, causing it to mouth remained wide open.

"Carly…" said Sam, struggling to get her words out.

"Sam…" said Carly awkwardly.

"How was Italy?" asked Sam, trying to make conversation calmly.

"You're so angry at me, aren't you?" replied Carly.

"Of course I am…you ran away to Italy and didn't call me…for three years!" yelled Sam, attacking Carly viciously.

"I'm sorry, Sam. But things have been hard these past few years."

"Oh yeah. What sort of things have been hard for you, Carls?"

"My dad died. That was hard. I came here to try to get you to forgive me so that we could possibly be friends again but it doesn't look like I'm welcome, does it?" screamed Carly, bursting into a flood of tears.
