Tracey had been in the office when the doorbell rang...once...twice...three times. She had been heading to the door after the first, she just wished the person would stop ringing it,
"I'm coming!" She called out hoping the person would stop but they didn't.
"Alright! I'm coming." She said again as she was close to the door with Carmen and Tee behind her. She opened the door but only heared a gruff voice speak;
"Get in there!" The man said shoving a boy with curly hair in who nearlly fell right over.
"What is going on?" Tracey asked but she didn't get an answer as Carmen grabbed the boy and started on about him stealing her stuff. Soon they where all shut up when the gruff man again spoke.
"Oi!" He said while reaching out of the door, Tracey realised it was another kid from Burnywood when the man practically dragged him in by the scruff. "Don't even think of running off!" He snarled but keeping a tight grip on the boy with pitch black hair.
"Who are you?" Tracey asked the man once Carmen had left the curly haired boy alone
"I am Dennis, care worker at Burnywood." The man said he hadn't heard the boy he had by the collar mumble something that made the other four giggle.
Mike was in the kitchen with Dennis dicussing rooms. They where a couple of rooms short at Elm Tree and meant that some of the kids would have to share even if it didn't seem like a good idea. They had five Burnywood kids and just two rooms, Toby and Saphire's old rooms.
"So we have Tyler, Rick, Kitty,Lizanne and Jackson." Mike said only to be corrected,
"Its Jack!" The fifteen year old said walking into the kitchen "Oh and Me and Kitty share!" He added but Dennis had different ideas.
"She has to be on her own." Dennis said pointing to Kitty.
"Well wouldn't she like some company?" Tracy asked, Dennis had been annoying her the second he stepped into Elm Tree house.
"Not if I say she doesn't!" Dennis replied ignoring the growl he recived from the over by the table, by a certain fifteen year old boy.
"Okay, Rick and Tyler can have Saphire's old room, Kitty in Toby's. Lizanne can share with Elektra and Jack with Liam." Mike said but knew the following protest would come.
"What! No way." Liam start to protest, one that ended prematurely as a loud bang was heard over by the table. Jack had dropped his head onto the table rather hard.
"Silly boy!" Dennis said shaking his head.
"Are you okay?" Both Tracy and Mike asked at the same time.
"You tell me! I have been in care four years now, We are stuck with a stupid careworker in a new carehome and now I have to share a room with some kid I don't know when I could be sharing with best friend." Jack's rant went on before he left the room leaving Mike and Tracy slightly confused.
"Its best to leave him to let of steam." Rick said matter of factly before leaving also followed by a rather misrable Liam.
"And so the day continues." Tracy said leaving now to get everyone settled in.
Once everyone was settled minus Jack who was still adverse to sharing most of the kids where in the living room. Liam, Frank and Rick where playing pool while Johnny spoke to Lizanne.
"So what's with Jack anyway?" Liam asked while Rick took his shot
"No one knows." Rick replied "He showed up at Burnywood oneday, no memory how he got there and no back history." He added.
