I thought that after that little conversation with Jin and Charlotte, things could get interesting. Just note that all of this is in Korean!

Jin and Charlotte were walking along the beach together. "Why did you smile when I said that Dan liked you?" Jin asked Charlotte suddenly in Korean. Charlotte smiled but said nothing. "See, there you go again. Do you like him?"
"I don't know," Charlotte said truthfully. "Do…do you really think he likes me?"
"Definitely," Jin nodded. "It's more obvious when you're not the person. To Sun and I, it seems as clear as day."
Charlotte sighed. "It never even crossed my mind. We were good friends on the boat, and sure, he has told me I've looked beautiful and everything, but that's what friends do, right?"
"Yes,
that is true," Jin agreed. "But it's also what boyfriends
do."
Charlotte didn't respond for a while. "Why do you think
that?"
"Just look at the way he treats you," Jin said. "At the medical station he said he would go first to make sure it's safe. Of course he didn't want anything to happen to you. Just think for a moment. What has he done that a friend or more than friend would do?"
"He tells me everything," Charlotte said. "He…he tells me I look nice. He always asks how I'm doing. Oh and when I came back from Locke's group, he put his arm around me and asked if I was okay."
"See?" Jin grinned. "All of that is evidence. He likes you."
"So maybe you're right," Charlotte said. "But what if I don't like him back? Will that ruin our friendship?"
"It won't," Jin said. "He cares about you and even if you don't like him the way he likes you, then he will continue to look after you no matter what. But the question is not 'what if you don't like him', it's do you like him."
Charlotte paused. "I really don't know. Daniel is a great guy, and maybe I do. But maybe my feelings for him only go as far as friendship."
"Turn around and look at him," Jin ordered. Charlotte did so. "What are you thinking?"
Charlotte kept her thoughts to herself for the moment. "Jin, what would you do in my position?"
"I would think my thoughts through thoroughly," Jin said. "Because I really wouldn't want to be wrong in your place."
"You're absolutely right," Charlotte sighed. "And I think I like him too."
"Maybe you should talk to him," Jin suggested.
"Maybe I should," Charlotte said.
