Yuri slowly lowered himself over the jagged stone wall. Being careful not to trigger any alarms, he jumped down, landing square on his feet, not making a sound. He ducked as a bright light passed over the bushes he was hiding in.

God how am I going to do this

He thought as a man in a suit the same color as the night sky walked by. He was an older man, trying to look younger with a tiny wig over his bald spot. His face was permanently wrinkled from getting angry to much. Yuri waited until he passed his hiding spot, then sprinted behind a tree. He heard the man yelling at someone over the phone.

"VIKTOR I TOLD YOU THAT I HAVEN'T FOUND HIM YET!" Yuri could almost see the spit flying from his mouth at the force of his words. This "Viktor" person must have said something else to irritate him, because his voice went several octaves up and his face went red as a stop sign.

" VIKTOR I WILL TELL YOU WHEN I KILL HIM NOW GOOD BYE"

He tapped the phone with such form he heard glass shatter.

The man started to walk back in the direction that he had came from. Yuri tried to make himself smaller in the bushes. He could not get caught. His life depended on it. As the man walked by his bush, completely oblivious that he was there, He could hear him muttering under his breath.

"...that was the 3rd one this month. Mr. Nikiforov will not be happy…"

As soon as he was out of Yuri's line of sight, he ran across and enormous green lawn, his night vision glasses helping him see the way. He had been assigned this spy mission for a reason. Not because his father was the owner of the business, his father never gave him anything easy in life. But because he was the top spy. He had passed all the necessary test and exams to go out on this mission.

But running towards the huge house at the edge of the lawn, he didn't notice someone was waiting for him.

Gun cocked.

And ready to fire.
