A/N: Hello FanFiction, this one shot is based on a dream I had about the series finale for Ninjago. Of Course I don't own Ninjago or it's characters. They are owned by LEGO and Cartoon Network. :) The story will take place in Jay's point of view considering its about him, Nya and Cole. Execpt the flashback. :) One last thing I apologize if the story isn't that great. (Its been a while since I've last written a story.)
A few days ago we had a memorial for Zane. Everyone attended except Pixal she preferred staying back at Borg Industries alone. Once we had finished the whole ceremony and came back Pixal had told us that Zane is in the computer system. Ever since then Pixal, Cyrus and I have been trying to remove Zane from the system and try on getting him back to his normal self. Let me tell you it is AMAZING to be able to work with Cyrus Borg! The guy is a super genius. That has been the only thing that has been keeping me going. It was yesterday afternoon when Nya had chosen Cole she tried explaining to me but I didn't listen to her. Instead I left and went to the park. The park was a special place that I went with my parents when they weren't working on things in the Junkyard. Unfortunately the walk in the park made it even worse. All I would see was couples walking around holding hands and joking around. I envied the people around me they had what I thought I had. Instead letting my anger get the best of me I laid on the grass and closed my eyes, remembering the last date Nya and I had.
"Jay where are you taking me?" A young woman with raven black hair asked her boyfriend as they walked through the woods on a cold, fall night.
"You'll see soon Nya," Jay said then covered her eyes with his hands. In return she giggled. It was silent for a few more minutes but then the blue clad ninja broke it. "Ok, Nya you can look now," Said Jay as he removed his hands and Nya opened her eyes.
"Oh my goodness! Jay you shouldn't have done this, not for me anyway." The young woman said as she took in her surroundings. On the ground was a blue blanket with a picnic basket. On top of the basket was a red rose. Cherry blossoms were scattered all around the blanket and on top of it.
"Don't be silly I wanted to do this. After all we can avoid Cole's cooking tonight." Nya laughed. She grabbed Jay's hand and sat down pulling him with her. The couple shared a few stolen kisses here and there and a few laughs to top it all off. Once the food was gone Nya set the picnic basket aside and laid down beside Jay. The couple intertwined their fingers together and stared up at the dark, starry night. Nya lets go of Jay's hand and places her head on his chest. "You're so cute." Jay half-whispered. As soon as he heard what he had said he blushed. Nya smiled and gently shook her head at his complement.
"No I'm not. Cute girls wear ribbons and bows. I'm to old for that."
"You'll always look cute to me Nya and there is nothing or no one who can change that." Nya smiled softly to herself and lifted her head to meet his gorgeous electrifying blue eyes. She tilted her head and planted a kiss on his lips.
"I love you Jay." She whispered against his lips.
"I love you too Nya. Always and forever."
