Chapter 1
Callie was in the OR that stormy night that Arizona had chosen to go with Karev against her wishes and after a huge fight with Merideth about going out that stormy night to go and get the infant that hadn't had much time from a neighborhing hospital and Callie was listening to Merideth give instructions to them while working along side Mark working on some of the badly injured pediatric patient that had been pretty much been mauled to death by a dog and is trying to save his face with Mark.
Mark just looks at Callie and just rolls his eyes
"oh what?" she says with an attitude
"nothing just why the hell did you let your wife and especially Sofia's mother go out in that storm?" Mark wonders
"listen Arizona would try and save a tiny human's life before her own I mean look at Sofia she saved her life." Callie tells him
"but you will be miserable if anything happend to her." Mark tells her
Callie just shrugs and nods "yeah I know but she tries to be a hero and strong and do what her brother would want her to do and do what she do what she has to to do to save a life even if that means risking her own not matter what if I don't stop her she's a go getter and would go against me anyways so now I am here to fix a face and not argue with anyone so will you please just shut up so I can try to save this kid from a lifetime of bullying and humiliation and just let me do what I have to do please!" she tells him with an attitude
"sorry." Mark says
Callie just nods and gets back to work still listening to Merideth's voice when all they hear is a big noise and lose connection and the phone goes dead and Callie looks up
"ROBBINS...KAREV!" Merideth screams
The OR goes quite.
"ARIZONA!" SHE SCREAMS in bloody murder crying breathing heavily having a panick attack
Everybody in the OR rushes trying to save the kid from bleeding to death while Mark tries to comfort her pulling off her mask so she can breath.
