I am Firesong, Tayledras, of k'Treva Vale
So gorgeous am I that beside me even Vanyel pales
The sun cannot outshine my hair, my eyes a brilliant blue
My beauty so striking that I surpass a god's statue
Whenever I arrive somewhere and people come to greet
See me, and awed, prostrate themselves, and kneel at my feet
I smile graciously and nod, for it is but my due
One so wonderful as I is a privilege to view!
My hair a wash of silver silk, my face a sculptor's dream
A body beyond all compare, and skin as soft as cream
My eyes sapphire drops of dew, my lips as red as wine
Complete with snow-white firebird, and damn, don't I look fine!
My stride is one of feline grace, manner sensual and sly
All this (combined with perfect robes) makes all who see me cry
After all, how could one not love one divine as Me

Notes on 'Sovvan-night' fic: I forgot about how Stefen was brought to the Collegium. As for the 'Lendel-Stefen thing: Tylendel visits Van in Magic's Price. He's basically the essence of 'Lendel that remained to watch over Vanyel after the death of his body. Yes, he and Stef are the same, but Tylendel's mind/spirit remains, because though their souls are the same, their minds, thoughts, and spirits differ wildly. ('Lendel is so much cooler) Got it? Okay, then.. R+R!
