Since I haven't updated my longer fic "Blue Eyes" I thought my readers deserved at least a one shot for such a long wait between chapters. I really hope you like this little mini one shot drabble thing. Please read and review!
Rory had been lying on Sam's bed waiting for him to finish his homework for almost an hour. He had finished his homework earlier than Sam and he was started to get bored.
"Hey Sammy are you almost done?" Rory asked.
"Um yeah I'll be done soon. I'm working on English." He said.
"Okay." Rory replied.
Another 45 minutes passed and Sam still hadn't finished his homework. Rory had already read through at least 10 of Sam's comic books.
"Sammy, are you done yet?" Rory asked.
"I'm working on it!" Sam snapped. Rory sat up abruptly; Sam had never taken that tone with him before.
"Sammy, what was that for?" Rory asked.
"I'm sorry. I'm working on it." Sam said stiffly. Rory rocked over to Sam and placed his hands on his shoulders and kissed his neck.
"What's wrong baby?" Rory asked.
"I can't do this."
"Do what?" Rory asked.
"I'm trying to read Romeo and Juliet but I can't. Everything keeps getting mixed up in my head and the language is difficult. " Sam replied.
"Sam, it's not your fault that you are dyslexic. Of course it's going to be harder for you." Rory said softly.
"It's frustrating Rory. I'm 18 and I can't even do my own homework. I feel defective or something like a piece wasn't made correctly or something." Sam said and placed his head in his hands. Rory took Sam's hands and led him over to the bed, forcing him to sit next to him.
"Do you believe in god Sam?" Rory asked
"Yes but what does that have to do with anything?" Sam asked.
"Sam you believe in God. God made all of his children in his vision. You are not broken or defective. You are perfect. If God didn't make you the way you are I might never have ever met you. I never want you to think badly of yourself anymore; do you hear me?" Rory asked sternly.
Sam nodded firmly. "I love you so much."
Rory smiled. "I know. I love you too." Rory replied and placed a chaste kiss on Sam's plump lips.
"Okay, I think I found a way to help you with your homework." Rory said.
"How?"
"I'll read it to you." Rory said.
"You don't have to do that."
"I want to. This way you can lay back, clear your mind and relax." Rory said and he picked Romeo and Juliet off of the ground. Rory was about to start but Sam pulled him into a passionate kiss. When they broke apart Sam rested his forehead against Rory's, their noses touching.
"Thank you." Sam whispered.
"You're welcome. Okay let's begin. Two households, both alike in dignity,
In fair Verona, where we lay our sceneā¦"
