"Two Worlds Collide"
TRAILOR.
She was given the world, more than she could see.
"Nothing's going right for me," Miley says.
Show Miley in her bathroom, cutting herself with her razor.
And she needed someone to show her who she could be.
Show Nick putting a strand of hair out of Miley's face.
"You're everything to me... and I just don't like seeing you hurt yourself."
And she tried, to survive. Wearing her heart on her sleeve.
Miley's breaking down, showing off her bruises to her ex boyfriend, Justin.
"This... this is what you make me do to myself!"
Show Justin trying to touch Miley, but she pulls away, and pulls down her sleeve over her cuts.
"Miley, you need help," Nick says, his eyes wide with fear after catching her violating herself.
"No, you need to stay the hell away from me!" She yells, pushing him so hard that his back collides with the wall.
But I needed you to believe.
You had your dreams, I had mine.
"Why can't you see that you're hurting yourself? Why can't you see that you're killing yourself over some asshole?" Nick shouts, causing fear to rage in Miley.
"And of course you'd know," Miley spat. "You hardly even know me!"
Miley begins to walk away.
"I know a lot more than you think," Nick said silently.
Rain drizzles down on Miley's face as she stands face to face with Nick.
"I hate to admit it, but I think I'm falling in love with you," she whispers.
You had your fears, I was fine.
Showed me what I couldn't find...
"Why do you even care?" Miley asks curiously.
"Because I love you," Nick replies, his eyes boring into hers. "And I know you love me, too."
When two different worlds collide. La-dee-da-dee-da.
