Basically- this part is about whenHermione first starts Hogwarts andher and McGonagall are talking about Hermione metting the Minister.
McGonagall: Oh, Miss Granger:
Many years I have waited
For awitch like you to appear
Why, I predict the Minister
Could make you his
Magic grand vizier!
My dear, my dear
I'll write at once to the Minister
Tell him of you in advance
With a talent like yours, dear
There is a defin-ish chance
If you work as you should

Hermione
Did that really just happen?

This weird quirk I've tried
