Jack listened angrily to her for a moment, his rage bubbling up inside of
him. He could barely restrain himself from lunging towards the boy. When he
couldn't stand it anymore, he interrupted, "Oh, and what makes you so sure?
At least I don't yell at little kids when I'm in a bad mood! And what do
you know about what I'm like? You can't even speak without having to take
out your anger on someone!"
Calli glared at him, and tried to think of a quick retort. Obviously, this wasn't one of her strong points. With Morris Delancey! She had come to tell Jck seh was eloping with Morris to the Bahamas! But all surrouldingpeoplewwere staring at Jskc in horror? (REALLY?) Evern Pulitzeer was therre! Pulitzer thought it was a great news story and even shared ti with Hearst? IT was on the news ansd this love story inspired many to become JUST like Jack and Calli.
