You may know the tale of Iga and Koga, where Akame left to join Ohu after Kurojaki has commited suicide by jumping in the flames burning the Iga house along with the rest of the Kogas. But a new tale is to be told, about a cub, mixed with Iga and Koga. A cub like no other. Yes, he's special, but he could destroy both clans…

"I can't believe this happened!" Lilac cried. She was an Iga dog and she had just given birth to her cub.

"Darling, it'll be okay." Fire, Lilac's mate, comforted. He was a Koga.

"Okay?" Lilac growled. "Okay? I have just given birth to a cub that's half Iga, half Koga, and you think this is okay? What's wrong with you?"

"It is!" Fire replied. "We'll find a solution, just please calm down."

"Fine." Lilac sighed. "What could we do? We can't just abandon him, but we also can't just run up to our clans and say that we're mates. What will they think?"

"We're not." Fire then smiled. "They're going to Iga."

"What?" Lilac gasped. "We can't do that! What will my Clanmates think? Look at him: he has my body and fur color, but also your Koga markings colored brown!"

"I saw a human brush not long ago." Fire said. "I saw a human using it on his house, painting it white. We could go get that brush an use it to cover up his markings!"

"That is a pretty good idea, Fire." Lilac sighed and just lied there for a while before answering. "Okay. We'll do it. Go and get the brush and I'll get him painted and bring him to the clan."

"Alright!" Fire then shot off through the trees after the place he saw the brush while Lilac was still worried, wondering if her cub will be fine.

A while later, Fire returned with the brush dipped in white. "Here it is."

"Good." Lilac grabbed it and painted her cubs markings. Once she got the markings done, she stopped to say goodbye to Fire.

"Goodbye, Lilac." Fire said. "I'll pray for you."

"Thank you, Fire." Lilac smiled. "I'll need it."

"I'll see you a midnight."

"Okay."

Once she got back to the clan with her cub in her jaws, Jinnai quickly ran up to her.

"She's beautiful!" Jinnai smiled.

"He…" Lilac whispered.

"He's beautiful!"

The dogs then started to gather around the cub to see him. Akame then made his way through to check him.

"He's muscular." Akame said. "But his body's also skinny. He'll make a fine warrior."

"Thank you, Akame-san." Lilac dipped her head. "Can I have my son back for a second?"

"Yes." Akame answered, nudging the cub over to the female. "By the way, what's his name?"

"Ummm…" Lilac was now nervous. She hadn't named him yet! She looked around before seeing a dogs scar. "Scar! His name's Scar!"

"Really?" Akame asked. "That is a pretty good name." Akame then paused when he felt biting on his leg. As he looked to see, it was Scar.

"Son!" Lilac growled, pulling her son back. "Don't do that!"

"Why not?" Scar asked. "I'm practicing so then I'll be the best Iga dog ever!"

"Yes, but this is your Uncle Akame, and also the Leader."

Scar then gasped and kneeled to the ground. "I'm sorry, Leader! I didn't mean too! I'm sorry."

"Don't worry, young one. It's alright. Just go on to your mother." Akame said politely.
