Astrid and Ianto watch their bosses argue over the crime scene.
"You don't have any jurisdiction in Wales! And don't tell ME of all people about unstable cracks in reality!"
"Ugh. This is worse than the bizarre autopsies Walter makes me help him with. At least those are productive." Ianto's interest is piqued.
"How weird?"
"Brain-fried people, someone who'd phased into a wall… We actually had to extract information from a dead guy once."
"You too? Did he come back and start consuming life energy from one of you?"
"Well, no..."
"That's lucky."
