Prologue:
Vongola famiglia; one of the most powerful group to have existed in the history of the world. Having had taken over world's market as well as the darker underworld, its legacy of superiority still continues today by their new young leader, Sawada Tsunayoshi. His impressive acceptance and capability as the Sky overwhelms the whole world as well as making the expansion of power the greatest of its time, however, there was one small thing slipped out of him. Nobody ever predicted what the little miss would eventually contribute to the long bloody history of the Vongola.
A duty unaccomplished may bring about a commotion, but a duty forgotten will bring about a tempest and tears to those who attempts to withstand it. Even so, who would ever expect such a thing in the era of the Vongola? And especially on such a beautiful day like this?
In this time, the amicability of such great power is, thankfully, a conventional fact. Even so, the charisma and nobility of their leader is still strongly an undeniable truth all agreed upon. Indeed, this seemingly-naive side, often appearing in front of his guardians, especially to the Cloud, would hold a great potential in changing his public opinion. Regardless of the possibility of the public eye, there he was, hastily running towards a particular individual within the Vongola castle with an unworldly face.
"Hibari-san!" The young Vongola enthusiastically called for the tall male of black hair.
Showing no response other than shortly glancing back, the Cloud Guardian only halts at the spot for the calling of his boss. As he looks down to stare at the small creature gawkily scrambling to him, it is too much of a difficult task to avoid letting out a sigh in his mind as the brunette almost drops the object in his hand like he always does. How was it even possible for this clumsy weakling to properly run the world's most powerful mafia family? Is this the same 'herbivore' as the one who is highly capable of impressing him?
"Good morning, Hibari-san!" The short brunette smiles as if nothing happened while he holds up a small white box in his hand. "I baked them this morning. I wanted you to have them."
"I dislike sweets." The taller male replies without hesitation after a quick look at the box.
It was true; Hibari does have a distaste for casual sweets. Even though he dislikes obtaining such unnecessary gifts, this rejection was not completely out of his discomfort of the awfully small and friendly creature looking up to meet his eyes.
"Don't worry. They're not very sweet at all. They'll go well with some green tea." The brunette proceeds to place the box on Hibari's now-held-up hands. "Oh, look at the time. I have to go do more paper work before Reborn starts lecturing me again. See you at the meeting!" And he runs off as he waves, still keeping his smile towards the black-eyed one staring blankly at him.
"Hibari, Hibari!" A yellow bird lands on the Cloud's head.
"Sawada Tsunayoshi... what do you really want from me..." He mumbles to himself as he watches the young Vongola run off. Trying to shake this off of his mind, Hibari continues on his way with Hibird, his one and only companion.
