The Boy of Green and the Lonely World

This is poetry about a little boy ,who some of us love, in his childhood. Cough cough N. It might be a little creepy t others.

The boy of green,

The goddess of blue,

The vain red man,

and the lonely world.

"Why must I stay inside",

the boy of pure innocence said,

"My lord, the red man won't allow it",

said the blue goddess.

"Oh I see, but will you play with me?"

"I'm sorry my lord,I'm to busy."

The green boy sighed,

The blue goddess left

"My lord, how are you today?",

said the red man.

"I'm bored, but can I play outside?",

the boy full of innocence said.

"No my lord, it is a cruel world.",

the red man said.

"But, I am strong, and I'm full of good!"

"The world is stronger and full of evil!",

the red man hissed.

The boy of green looked up at the red man,

"I am your lord!"

"Yes, but your not the king yet of this world"

The boy of green frowned,

he would not win this battle,

he turned away,

the red man smiled evily.

The lonely world wrapped around the boy,

"I'll be your friend",

the world said.

"But to you I am nothing,

you deserve better.",

cried the boy.

"You are something,

something very special,

I'll nuture you,

like the seedling of a tree.

I'll protect you,

like a mother and a cub.

I'll comfort you,

when you feel sad.

To me,

you are something special.

You can go either way,

but I can't decide the path you choose,

but I'll support you no matter what."

The boy smile and looked at the lonely world,

"Thank you.

Now may we play?"

"Yes,

my seedling."

The goddess of blue,

The vain red man,

and the lonely world,

affected the boy's future tremendously,

that is how he got here today in this position,

where he lies now,

on the green world where anything could happen.
