Annabeth woke up with a gasp. The nightmares wouldn't stop. She hoped they would stop but it was a false hope. Her, Percy, and Nico were haunted by these nightmares of Tartarus.
Annabeth looked around her cabin. All her cabin mates were asleep. Annabeth quietly got out of bed and put on her sneakers. She slipped out of the cabin and headed to the beach. The ocean calmed her and it reminded her of Percy.
As she got closer to the beach she noticed a person with a mop of raven black hair sitting on the sand. She walked over to him and sat down.
"Nightmares too,huh," Annabeth said.
"Yea. Can't go back to sleep either, right?" Percy looked out to the ocean.
"Yea."
The sat in silence watching the ocean waves.
"So, do you want to talk about them?"
"I'd rather not." Percy fidgeted with his camp necklace.
"Talking helps sometimes you know."
Percy sighed."They're about you. About me losing you."
"Percy, those dreams aren't real. We aren't losing each other ever again. You hear Seaweed Brain,never again."
Percy turned to face her ." What I do to deserve you Annabeth?Your smart and beautiful. I love you Wise Girl."
Annabeth smiled. "I love you too Seaweed Brain."
Their lips connected and they kissed. They pulled apart and a few moments they fell asleep in each others arms.
