KA-CHUNK! "Well…mails here…" I said half-heartedly while looking at my empty E-mail. I glanced over my shoulder to try and see what package I got. I took one final look at the screen, then heaved my lazy-ass out of my chair. Being too lazy to get my trainer's license, I didn't have much to, except play with my (few) pokemon and screw with my computer.
I opened my front door with mild anticipation as to what I'd get. Hopefully it would be something I could do, seeing as my Pokemon were at daycare and all. "Oh, a… letter from…. Peter? Jeez, I haven't heard from him in a while. I wonder how he's doing?" I took the letter inside and opened it only to have a fragment of some sort and a letter fall out. "What the?" was all I could mumble as I stared at the disembodied piece of something, or someone for that matter. After staring as the broken thing for about a minute or two, I picked up the letter with a dire need to know what this thing was or where it came from.
The letter read,
"Dear Tai, I heard that you like Scythers. …I bet you're probably wondering what I gave you. Well, I found it Underground, and I'm pretty sure it's a Scyther blade-fragment. Anyway, how've you been? Good I hope…. Are you doing anything on the 20th? ...jk…

Peter
All of this was followed by a paw-print.
"Oh! …a Scyther blade-fragment huh?" I picked the blade up as I was saying this, but I apparently picked it up the wrong way, because next thing I knew, my hand was bleeding. The fragment was soaked in blood, but I had more important issues to deal with. I ran to the bathroom as quickly as I could to stop the mass amount of blood I was losing. But just as quick as it started, it stopped. The bleeding just stopped. By this point I was more than a little freaked out. I mean a sudden letter from a friend I haven't seen in a LONG time, then I get a Scyther fragment and my hand starts to literally destroy itself! wouldn't you be scared?
After browsing the net and trying to forget all that just happened, I eventually went back to move the fragment. After all, it would eventually attract flies because it was soaked in blood….I moved it (without injuring myself) to a shelf near my computer.
Then S#% hit the fan.
Out of nowhere, my legs started to scream bloody-murder. I fell over I agony as I felt my pants burst at the bottom. I must have laid there for a good 15 minutes with tears in my eyes ready to start the waterworks, but I maintained my composure and wondered what the hell just happened. I flipped myself over and looked at my legs, if you could call them human anymore. They had turned into Scyther legs, claws and all. I did a double-take much to my dismay. "How?-" My sentence was cut short by another blast of pain throughout my arms. I cringed as I felt a thin but sturdy material form a blade out of my upper arms. I managed to open my eyes in between gasps for air. My arms were turning green, thinner, more and more like a Scyther's would be. Then it hit me like a quick-attack, the blade fragment! The pain had subsided by now, but the fact that I no longer had hands did not. Surprisingly, I got up easily, and furiously started at the fragment. Needless to say, I sliced it into about 50 pieces.
After exploring my half-transformed body, I decided to try a few moves ...because, most likely I'd be stuck this way for a while. I tried shouting, reenacting, and mimicking various moves Scyther could do, but nothing worked. I just figured the transformation hadn't gone to my head yet.
It was getting late. I figured I'd try and go to bed…I took one last look at the pieces of the fragment, and noticed something odd. It….they were glowing!"….ummmm… "I stared at it wondering what would happen to me next…..
ZAP!
….The next thing I know, I was being revived by Nurse Joy. "SCYTHE!SCY..."was that my voice?
"Calm down ...I'm not going to hurt you." Said Nurse Joy said in a reassuring voice...
