Time Frame: after Crosby and Jasmine tell everyone in the household that they are getting married Crosby pulls Sarah aside after the big Braverman dinner.
Chapter 1
Sarah is helping everyone clean up outside when Crosby ends up next to her "hey Sarah." he says
Sarah stops what she's doing and looks up at him and smiles "hey little brother." she says
"so getting married huh? Big stuff." she says happily
"yeah. I was actually going to ask you for a favor for tonight if that's okay?" he wonders
"oh yeah sure ask away." she tells him
"well see I kind of have this big romantic night planned for Jasmine and myself and we sort of need a babysitter for Jabbar tonight." Crosby tells her
"oh?" Sarah wonders with her arms crossed at her chest
"so...I was wondering if he could stay with you,Amber,and Drew tonight and maybe you guys could find something fun for him to do." Crosby tells her
"oh um, yea sure." Sarah tells him being unsure of what to do with a 5 year old since her kids are now grown up
"really?" Crosby makes sure
"yeah; she nods "absoutely." Sarah tells him
"thank you Sarah." Crosby thanks her
"oh you're welcome." Sarah says
Crosby hugs her awkwardly.
"oh." Sarah says and hugs him back tightly then goes back to cleaning up and goes inside
"what was that?" Amber wonders
"what?" Sarah asks
"that awkward hug between you and uncle Crosby?" Amber wonders
"oh he just needs us to babysit Jabbar tonight while he has a night with Jasmine." Sarah tells her
"oh." Amber nods "okay." she says
"will you help me find something fun for us to do tonight?" Sarah asks her
"oh um okay." Amber says and nods
"okay." Sarah says and starts to load the dishwasher
Amber goes out to clear more plates off the table.
Drew finds Jabbar "hey Jabbar?" Drew
"Hwi Drew!" Jabbar says
"you want to come and play the Wii with me?" Drew asks him
"okay!" Jabbar says
Crosby just nods and smiles holding Jasmine.
"so looks like our son found a buddy to look up to." Jasmine says
"yeah looks like it." Crosby says
