"You really should get a passport," Donna said as they sat at the table waiting for their order.

The Doctor gave a snort. "Donna, I'm over nine- hundred years old and I have never, ever in those nine hundred year ever had to have a passport."

Donna smiled. "Spaceman, this is Earth we're talking about and since that horrible thing with the Twin Towers, they're more than a little paranoid and who can blame them."

"Donna, if I need to I can use the psychic paper."

"Sure you can, but one day someone won't be fooled by that, you know," Donna said and poured the tea.

"That's not likely to happen, since humans aren't psychic."

"Suit yourself Spaceman," Donna said.

"Alright, just for you."

The Doctor was beginning to wish he hadn't listened to Donna as he sat in the interrogation room and was fidgeting in his chair.

The man on the other side of the desk looked at him over his glasses and the Doctor was sure he must have looked guilty and he felt seat prickle his forehead.

"Now then, Mr Smith," the man said in a sceptical tone at his name. "We've looked at your passport and let's just say it's ...unusual. Everything seems to be in perfect order until we get to the part about your nationality."

The Doctor shifted in his seat and tried to look innocent.

"Perhaps Mr Smith you tell why you put under nationality not applicable?"

The Doctor squirmed in his seat and shrugged his shoulders. "It seemed the right thing to put in as I really don't have any nationality."

The Immigration Officer looked at him and smiled slightly. "You expect me to believe that. You must have a nationality?"

The Doctor sighed and said. "Alright, if I must. Then my nationality is Roman, Celt, Saxon, Norman and even a little bit of Viking."

The Immigration Office sighed and decided this really wasn't his day. "If you'll excuse me Mr Smith, I'll just go and talk to my superior."

A few minutes later he was back and handed the Doctor his passport back. "We'll just put you down as English then shall we sir? And when you re-new your passport just put that in, it will save us time and you the trouble."

The Doctor nodded and quickly joined Donna on the other side of Immigration.

He sat down next to Donna and said. "Next time I'm just using the psychic paper."
