I like playing the piano, I like Scott Joplin's ragtimes. I just don't like westerns, but with them as main characters... Well, could be interesting :) R&R, please. And don't shoot, I'm a pianist too... And not a native speaker!
House was sitting in an empty classroom playing the piano. His patient was now perfectly well, although Cuddy wouldn't like the treatment. He couldn't understand that phenomenon – they had been working together for quite a long time and she still wasn't used to his ideas. That time was the same…
She stormed into the classroom and immediately started yelling at him.
"Are you mental?! You could have killed this man! Sometimes I doubt if you really use your brain! House, are listening to me?!"
"Don't shoot the pianist!" He raised his arms and started playing a Scott Joplin's ragtime.
She stared at him for a while and suddenly burst out laughing.
"Good God, House," she mumbled, sitting down on a nearby chair. "Do you really think I could shoot you? Maybe this idea isn't so bad."
"I just wanted to assure you won't kill me. Even pianists in the wild west could play without being bothered. Why can't I?"
"Because it isn't wild west and you're not a cowboy."
"Oh, come on! You can be my sheriff!"
She started to laugh again.
"House! I came here to yell at you, but I just can't be angry with you…"
"I know I'm charming"
She stood up.
"But as a sheriff I can punish you. Ten hours of clinic duty, and you're starting now."
He sighed.
"I'd rather you shot me."
"Don't count on it. Clinic, now…cowboy."
Dear God, I've forgotten about a disclaimer! :) Characters are not mine, nor is the piano :)
