(I BURN THE WOLF HOUSE AGAIN)
Hello. I am Jason Grace, son of Jupiter, favoured by Juno. I was definitely the first. Juno doesn't care much for sons(or daughters) of Jupiter. That is why my father named me Jason, after Juno's favorite mortal, and gave me into her service. Juno sometimes spoke to me telling me that I was supposed to be her champion and all the stuff like that.
Anyway, back to the Wolf House. See, it is a house that Jack London(Son of Mercury and a famous author) wanted to live in. It is located near Glen Ellen, California. It was London's dream home, but it burned in 1913. Demigods meet the immortal wolf Lupa there and she trains them.
So, in the Wolf House, I was receiving my final training. I had been in the House since I was two(now I am twelve). Being a son of Jupiter, monsters would plague me as soon as I left the House, so I had to be prepared as the best. I was already the swords champion.
Now Lupa was testing me. She had given me an obstacle course, at end of which was a hungry monster. I had to cover the obstacle with a weapon of my choice. I chose a sword. Then I marched towards the course.
The first task was to cross a pool of scalding acids by hanging on to the monkey bars on the top. That might seem easy, but imagine doing that when there is a pair of hostile monkeys on the monkey bar with them trying to push you into the acids. Not easy, is it?
Anyway, I tried talking to them.
"Hey, how is it going?"
"Agh!"
"Nice, huh. Now if you woul-"
"Agh!"
"Oh, now that is not a good id-"
"Agh!"
They started biting my right hand. I got very angry and swung my sword towards them. One got it straight in his chest and flew outside the arena. The second one was startled and lost his grip; the pure creature fell in the acids. I proceeded further, but the hungry monster was too impatient to wait. He had crossed his part of the course and was now waiting for me.
Here is the thing about the Minotaur - if you are scared of him you should not meet him. h is one of the ugliest, smelliest monster ever created. he charged me and before I knew it My body was functioning of its own. My reflexes kicked in and the Minotaur just got angry. A wolf came to see and the Minotaur made the mistake of hurting her. I got very angry and raised my sword above my head. Lightning struck me and flowed from my sword and surged through the Minotaur, the House, everything.
When the smoke cleared, I saw Lupa looking at me.
"I think you are prepared to go the Camp."
