Enid was "working", aka just lounging around. There were no customers in line, and even if there were, she didn't care about them. It's a miracle she isn't fired yet. Red Action and Drupe entered the bodega, and started to talk. Enid, being bored out of her mind, couldn't help but listen in.
"Soooo... I heard you went out with Rad?" Drupe questioned n a low voice.
"Yeah," Red Action replied. "He went out with you too, right?"
"Yup. He's been asking alot of people out lately. He's just desperate after that whole Shannon thing."
"Yeah, he's not my type, and I'm obviously not his either. I just agreed because, hey, why the hell not."
"Have you heard who he's dating now?"
"No, who?"
"Elodie. She returned here a monmo ago and he started hanging out with her two weeks ago."
Enid, of course, was suprised. Rad and Elodie? Not that she cared or anything... It's just... she didn't expect any of this. Rad hadn't told her he was dating again. Whatever , Enid thought I don't care. Enid stopped listening and went to sleep.
She dreamed about a dark forest. She walked in deeper and deeper. She felt safe and comfortable. Then she reached the center of the forest, and saw him. Rad. Elodie emerged from the trees and walked towards Rad. The forest started turning pink and the ground was cream colored. Everything was bright and vicious and Enid screamed. She could barely see anything but tried to focus and saw Rad and Elodie
Kissing each other.
