The Following Trailer Is Rated NM For No Mercy!

From the creator of the 2003 FMA series that wasn't nearly as good as the canon, comes the ending to one of the most famous anime of all time, which concluded absolutely nothing.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror Of Shamballa!

Two years have passed since the open ended cliff drop that was the ending of FMA 2003, and Edward Elric has adjusted to life as a German, and is living with his brother's doppelganger, Alfons, because he and Alphonse are still codependent.

Meanwhile, back in Amestris, everyone has moved on with their lives, except for Mustang, who has completely given up on life for no real reason in a desperate attempt to give the film some emotional depth. As well as Wrath, who gets killed halfway through the film for shock value.

When the Nazis start crapping on everything, as Nazis tend to do, Edward is thrust back into the fray to prevent them from opening a portal to Amestris and stealing everyone's shit. This leads to a rushed as hell return to Amestris/reunion with everyone that resolves nothing, before Ed decides to return to earth forever with Alphonse… after killing off Alfons, because, you know, that could get awkward.

So experience the so called "resolution" to a famous anime, that fails to resolve any of the hundred plot threads left open at the end of the show, but still could have made a great intro for a sequel if Seiji Mizushima had the balls to properly commit to a project; leaving you to realize that you could have skipped this movie altogether and still come away with as much closure as you had at the end of the show.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror Of Jack Shit!

As bad as this movie is, I think we can all agree that it's been upstaged by the dumpster fire that is the live action movie, which we will cover tomorrow.
