Light knew he loved L.
while it was a given fact that he,
a hormone fulled teen,
would lust after the man he was chained to,
there was no need, no reason to fall (for the first time) in love.
There was always something with names in their relationship,
from L realizing that ironically 'Yagami' backwards was 'I'm a gay' in English,
To that fact that while in each others arms L had whispered,
"My name is L Lawleit."
Now Light was screaming, not because of the shinigami nearby, no, He was screaming because he was Kira, and he knew L's name.
He was evicted from his mind, not knowing that he took the memories
of their nights together with him.
If L had listened to the screams of his lover he may of heard, Hidden in the back,
'I am Kira L, Take my watch, Kill me"
And if he listened deeper, he would of heard, in a chocking voice,
'L, I'm sorry, i love you, I'm sorry.'
He may of also felt the invisible embrace, The ghost lips on his own or the lone tear that fell on his shirt.
'I'm Sorry'
