Prompt: Primrose (I cannot live without you)

Prolouge

Put Out My Eyes

Put out my eyes, and I can see you still,

Slam my ears too,and I can hear you yet;

And without any feet can go to you;

And toungless, I can conjure you at will.

Break off my arms, I shall take hold of you

And grasp you with my heart as with hands;

Arrest my heart,my brain will beat as true;

And if you set this brain of mine afire,

Then on my blood-stream I yet will carry you.

No it had not been had not been simple, but it was worth it in the end. George had found his smile.

Since the war life had been something George Weasley hated to wake up into everyday.

Living another day that his twin could never see. Without Fred, George could not find a good enough reason to do anything. Everything in the world just seemed to remind him of his dead brother. The two weasley twins had been more than brothers, they were the best of friends, buissness partners, and partners in crime. One without the other just didn't seem at all right.

But then she came into his life. George never expected it. No one did. But he had fallen for the girl with the silver primrose necklace. Hermione Granger.

Hermione was a smart, bright witch who was only a year younger then himself. The girl with brown curly hair had been one of his younger brother Ron's best friend. After the was had ended and no one had to worry anymore the two started dating, no suprise of course.

It was odd seeing her there that day in Diagon Alley all alone,usaully Ron came with her. Did something happen?He had thought. Hermione had tears in her eyes when George had approached her. He had been and Ron had a fight and broke up leaving Hermione without a home. George never really understood why he had felt sorry for her but without thinking at all he had offerd Hermione a job at Weasley Wizard Weezees and a room in his flat until she found a better home and job. Hermione greatfully accepted.

Here they were years later. George hadn't noticed but Hermione had. For the first time since the war, George smiled. He smiled because she was there. He smiled because he loved her. He smiled because he was happy.

"Hermione."

"Yes George,"she replied.

"Do you know what a Primrose means?"George asked. Hermione shook her head no. Thats when he let a smile slip onto his Weasley bent down and picked a single Primrose flower that had grown just outside the shop in a bright spot of green fresh then handed it to her.

"It means I cannot live without you."
