Happy belated birthday, Dani. Sorry I couldn't post it yesterday, but I hope it's good enough for you since it's a Clairington like you asked for. Hope you like it, even though it's only a short drabble.

Props to Kelly Neuendorf for the poem.

She would watch him from afar, telling herself she wasn't in love with him, only to end up wishing upon the starts at night to have him.

She would close her eyes tightly, staring up at the moonlit sky.

You make me dream. You make me laugh. You make me cry. You make me warm inside. This is you. And this is me. I wish upon every star for you, she would whisper to herself.

She would fall asleep, thinking about all the times he would look at her and smile that beautiful smile that would melt her heart. There were some nights that she would wonder how she fell in love with him in the first place. Was it the way he was so gentle? Or was it the way he would make her smile whenever she was in a bad mood?

Either way she knew it was love.

She didn't want it to end.

Claire Lyons wanted Derrick Harrington for herself.

This was her will, written across the sky in stars, for she had wished on every single one of them.
