Ichigo always knew that Rukia thought of herself unworthy because of many things. She thought she was ugly, ungraceful, and tomboyish. He couldn't think of anything more perfect.
He didn't know what he truly thought of her.
All he knew… was that she made him feel different.

Orihime wasn't the type to give up. She knew that if you had enough determination, you could go on forever. Even through the hardest of times.

Ichigo kissing Rukia under the mistletoe.
Rukia sneaking glances at Ichigo.
Ichigo holding hands with Rukia under the table when hanging out with friends.
Ichigo and Rukia being together 24/7.
She knew it was probably impossible to get herself within Ichigo's thoughts. But she had to fight for it.
Her reason?
She was an empty shell when her brother died.
Ichigo changed that.

Every time he was in a slump, Rukia would tell him to suck it up and move forward. Her words gave him a meaning in life. Without her, he would probably be dead by now.
From her, that's all he could ever wish for… even more than that.
Laugh a little louder,

She used to have expressionless faces. That's the responsibility when it comes to being a Kuchiki. But.. ever since hanging out with Ichigo, she became more outgoing. She laughed more and loved people more than she could ever dream to.
And I feel alive when I'm with you.

Never knew what love could feel like
Until I walked away the first time.
Rukia looked at him, slowly seeping blood into the ground. She remembered that memory. It was heartbreaking. Leaving him was probably the worst thing she had ever done before. Oh God, she never wanted that to happen EVER again.
And she had run away from that reality.

He fights for his friends. His families. The innocents.

He felt truly alone when he couldn't sense her riatsu anymore. She was his rock. Without her, he could combust in rage. She was the only one to hold him back from truly destroying everything.
She's gone now.

Ichigo and Rukia looked at each other, amazed at how the other was best shone through the Christmas lights that reflected off their face.
The feeling they both get when they were near each other… was there.
When they were together… it was there.
When they hold hands.. it was there.
The feeling of being alive.
