Camacazi snuck around the side of Hiccup's house, and, upon hearing a thump on the wall, knew he was still feeding Toothless driftwood. She walked in the door, avoiding Hiccup, who was pleading Thor to let him win, and snuck into his room. His still-slightly-soggy tunic lay waiting on the dresser, but everything else was gone. She snuck under his bed, grabbed the journal, and was about to scamper away when Hiccup so-not-conveniently walked in, muttering something about Toothless and Stoick. He put on his shirt (It was still in the time of the sudden heat in February.) and started practicing sword fighting. Then, he (gasp!) started to look under his bed.

"Camacazi?" He whispered, "My dad hates you-no offense-you really shouldn't be here."

"IwastryingtograbyourjournalIreallywanttoreadmoreofitbutithoughtyou'dsayno." Camacazi let out a puff of air.

"I want you to read more of it." Said Hiccup in surprise,"In fact, let me read it to you." Camacazi grumbled, but she had to agree when she saw that Hiccup was grinning at the page like it had something adventurous in it. She loved adventures! She leaned her head happily on his shoulder as he read.

"Day one: I was sitting with my best friends in the world..."
