"Your Highness!" Nathaniel sang as he bowed.

Chuck hit him on the arm for the teasing tone of his dear friend, companion.

"The day is finally upon us. Are you ready?" he asked with a bright smile on his face.

Chuck returned his smile with a confident, trademark smirk of his.

"Just what you may refer to Nathaniel?" he said as he turned his back on him to check himself on the mirror one last time.

"The fact that I will rightfully take my place as the King of England and the King of Wales or for all the beautiful ladies at court." he said as he raised his eyebrows suggestively.

"And let us not forget my mother and beloved sister. I cannot wait to return." he added as he fixed the fabric of his attire.

To any man he may have come off as his usual confident self but Nathaniel knew him long enough to tell by every little gesture he was indeed shaking.

"Don't worry Chuck every soul knows you will take this kingdom beyond anyone's imagination ."

Chuck swallowed.

"Even my father's?"

"Blair, I know you feel like this is the worst thing that has happened to you, but it doesn't have to be."

"You are right Jenny. I have lost my family, my fiance, my friends…everything I hold dear. I have nothing left and I was brought here against my will as if I were a property." she snapped.

"You have no idea what an honour it is to be brought here as a gift of war. You will serve at the court. It is up to you to make it your hell or heaven. Think of all the clothes, gold, jewels you may get if you are a loyal servant to the King and his court."

Blair frowned at the thought.

"I would rather kill myself."

"Don't you worry, if you continue acting like such a brat, you will get killed in no time." She warned, jokingly.

"One can only hope." said Blair as she sighed.
