Motherly Letters
Molly Weasley sat in her kitchen. She wasn't baking her chewy brownies, or cooking her amazing roast beef; she just sat there. It was exactly one year after the battle of Hogwarts. A single tear rolled down her face. Too much grief. She couldn't handle it. Mrs. Weasley sat up and walked to the Garden of the Burrow. She sat on the soft, green grass. Her eyes became wet and puffy. She glanced at her abandon vegetable garden and to her surprise, saw a piece of muddy parchment. She squinted at it for a second, and decided to walk towards it.
She picked it up and grasped it in her hands. The piece of parchment was letter. It was addressed to her; Molly Weasley, it was from someone named Lily. Molly thought back, did she know any Lilys'? She decided that she didn't, but opened the letter anyways.
Mrs. Weasley read the letter and let a gasp. She was crying tears of joy and sadness because of what she just read. Here is what it said:
Dear Molly,
I am taking care of Fred like you took care of Harry.
Fred is a delightful person, James, Tonks, Remus and I never have a dull moment because of him.
We're sorry for your loss, but Fred wants you to know that he loves you and everyone else that he left. He doesn't want you to cry about him anymore.
We're all watching over you, we're sorry we had to leave.
Thank you for letting Harry feel at home with you, I can tell, he feels at home with you guys.
With love,
Lily Potter
