One day, after a long journey, Ash, Pikachu, and Misty went on a picnic while Brock and Nurse Joy were on a date. Ash, Pikachu, and Misty went to a green pasture with a clear blue lake.
" Maybe we should have our picnic near the lake to see the view of the place," Ash said.
Pikachu agreed with a simple "Pika!" And Misty agreed with a nod.
After they set up the mat, Misty brought out from the basket a container full of Pikachu-shaped cookies," You are right. The view of the place is wonderful. Here, I made some cookies especially for you and Pikachu," Misty said with a little smile.
There was a sudden feeling Ash felt before. It was the feeling when he saw Misty dressed in a beautiful kimono and asked him to dance with her. It was the feeling of being warm inside. And he blushed a little. Maybe this feeling of warmth is love! Ash thought. He was so happy that he made a grin.
Pikachu recognized Ash's face. It was the face of Brock when he saw a pretty girl.
" Thank you very much. Pikachu and I are very happy made cookies especially for us," Ash thanked. Not for Gary!
While they were eating Misty' s cookies, Misty leaned too much that a wild Wurmple fell on her shoulder. Misty let off a big screech. The Wurmple got frightened and jumped off her shoulder.
"That Wurmple frightened Misty. Pikachu thunder shock the Wurmple now!" Ash shouted.
After Pikachu' s attack, the Wurmple fainted.
" Ash, thank you for saving me," Misty said to Ash.
" No problem!" Ash said.
Now Misty felt warm inside just like Ash.
" Now I feel like I could tell you anything. So here it is, I love you. You made me feel special. A feeling no one else gave me," Ash confessed, holding Misty' s shoulder
" Well, before, I thought you were like every other boy in the world, selfish and scared. But you' re different. You' re their opposite. And that' s what I like about you," Misty finally told him.
Misty and Ash slowly kissed each other lovingly.
Pikachu said with big grin," Pikachu!"
After their precious moment, they went back to the Pokemon Center holding each other's hands while Pikachu was following them.
" What's with you two?" Brock asked when they arrived.
" Pika. Pikachu," Pikachu said to Brock.
Brock and Nurse Joy were together holding each other's hands. Brock was wearing a tuxedo with a bow tie. And Nurse Joy was wearing a long white gown with pokeball prints.
" We just had a fun time at the pasture where we had our picnic," Misty replied.
" Yes. And we had Misty' s Pikachu-shaped cookies for our snack," Ash continued.
" Then what is with your face, Ash?" Nurse Joy asked Ash.
" I just saved Misty from a Pokemon that frightened her," Ash replied.
" Really then?" Brock said.
" Okay. We will tell you the truth. We kissed," Misty confessed.
Ash nodded.
" Why?" Nurse Joy asked.
" Because we loved each other," Misty replied.
" Nurse Joy and I are now in love, too!" Brock said.
" Yes. We fell in love because Brock explained to me why he always followed me," Nurse Joy said.
From then on, Ash and Misty always stayed with each other. And Brock and Nurse Joy also stayed with each other forever.
