I guess it hurt you to know you would've died
without me. Why do you hate me now I saved your life? Are you really that
dense to think I wouldn't save my best friend's life? Maybe you think I'm
not capable of that much depth of feeling, I don't know. Maybe it hurts
you to think you weren't courageous in your time of need.

So why do you even try to hide it? I can see
beyond the color of your eyes. You hurt, don't you? Let me help.
I can numb your pain with laughter.
