I always thought that Edward would stay with me, but the day he left was the worst.
"Bella, don't act like this is your fault. It is mine I shouldn't of let that happen with jasper." He says without any emotion but his eyes turn dark as he says it.
"It's not your fault but I don't understand why you are leaving. Please don't you are my whole life." Shuddering my way through the sentence.
"I'm leaving because I don't love you anymore." He said but turned away from me.
"You don't love me…anymore…how could you not love me…you told me you did love me….." I said as everything went black, I hit the ground hard enough the air went out of me. I saw him walk away without a last goodbye.
It has been a year since Sam rescued me out of the murky forest and I haven't felt alive since he left. I feel as there was a giant hole in middle of my heart that would never mend, even when Jacob Blake told me his feelings for me.
"Bella, I love you more than that bloodsucker he left you why can't you believe that." He says as the sparkle in his eye dies.
"Because I don't have a heart anymore, he took it with him Jake." I say as a tear falls down my face.
He steps up to me and brushes the tear away.
"But, I do love you!" he says blushing.
He leans down and kisses me on the lips; I stand still as his feelings subside. I know that he has had feelings for me but I couldn't have the same for him. I love Edward and I don't care what he says I know he loves me to. He has too he can't just break my heart like that. He just can't.
