Prologue
He couldn't resist staring at the object of his obsession located a few feet away. He was much more important than some useless, stupid school work. Deidara sighed and looked away, trying hard to focus on what the teacher was saying. If only he knew how how much he loved him... If only Sasori knew his feelings. Maybe then he wouldn't have to watch him from afar and could confront him with anything.
But what if Sasori didn't care about how he felt? What if it gave off the opposite reaction than what was expected? The worst that could possibly happen would be Sasori laughing at him about it or mocking him about his feelings. But if you look at the optimistic side, there was always the possibility that he did love Deidara back. What a joy that would be! Suddenly his thoughts were interrupted by his teacher's annoying voice.
"Class I'd like you to welcome the new student. His name is Uchiha Itachi."
