It was a Sunday. Sunday 7th September at 12:30pm to be precise. A car pulled up the long winding drive to the large grey building that sat on the cliffs overlooking to Atlantic Ocean.

The car door opened and out stepped Aria Green, a sixth former starting at Blacktail academy.

She kissed and waved goodbye to her parents and took her suitcase packed with books and her treasured clarinet and went to the reception to sign in.

Aria was a beautiful girl but not in a blonde in your face way. In fact Aria had the most silky dark brown hair that she kept in a side braid. Her eyes were dark blue and sparkled like the oceans when she was crying.

After finding and settling in she went to the practise rooms where she played her clarinet for hours. Then she went back to her dorm and went to sleep.

The thing is Aria was a very shy girl and preferred to be on her own. After having her heart broken many a time she chose not to get close to people but stayed on her own.

She went down and sat on the small wooden bench overlooking the sea wondering what the year would bring but then thinking of the reason she had to leave her old school.

A salty tear trickled down her cheek mixing in with the rain that had started to fall. Unaware that some one was watching her Aria let the tears fall without knowing that her watcher would change her life.
