Ayano: Pardon for my grammer mistakes and tenses. Enjoy!

Miki was grazing at the stars in the night sky. How pretty... She thought. Amu, Ran and Suu were obviously asleep as it was now midnight. Sigh...that nightmare made it worse...Miki sighed.

'Oho? You're not asleep?' A familiar voice was heard. Miki looked up and saw Rhythm.

'Eh? Why are you here?' Miki asked curiously.

'W-well...I-I was having a night walk.' He staggered. Crap! Hope she doesn't find out my speech mistake or she'll ask what I was actually doing...Rhythm panicked. The truth was Rhythm had been watching Miki asleep every night. Now he really hoped not being found out or being asked.

'A night walk? I see...I couldn't slee-' Miki shut her mouth upon finishing her sentence, she does not want Rhythm to discover that she was scared of nightmares.

'Slee? Oh, you mean sleep? You had nightmares?'

Argh! Not good, he found out! Miki panicked. Her face flushed.

'So, what kind of nightmare was it?' Rhythm asked gently.

'Er...well, everything was dark around me. It was so silent as if the darkness was slowly eating me up...then, hands with bloodshed appeared from the ground and held on to my legs...you won't believe me right? Such a silly dream...' Miki said. She hung her head down so Rhythm would not see her frightened face.

'Of course I believe you...' Rhythm smiled while pulling Miki onto his chest comforting her. He placed one hand on her head with another hand hugging her. This had left Miki to be confused. She blushed even deeper, not resisting the comforts from Rhythm.

'That was just a dream afterall...'

Ayano: Owari! It's a short story! Hope you enjoyed it.
