A Marriage Of Convenience

A successful Captain Sharon Raydor who has worked for the Major Crimes division gives up her career and raises the son of her deceased sister. His natural father Doctor Andy Flynn who was unaware of his son's existence finds this out after 2 years. He goes in search of him and tries to get custody but the judge encourages them to enter a marriage of convenience.

Chapter 1

Captain Sharon Raydor walks in to her office anx sits down to down the paper that she did not finish on Friday. Her team comes in and gets called out to a crime scene where they spend the next few hours.

At 3pm she gets a phone call from Ceders who have contacted her about her sister being in an accident. She informs her second in command and then drives to the hospital where she goes in she tells them who she is and who called her. The nurse gets Sharon to sit in the waiting area.

After an hour the doctor comes out and explains" to Sharon that her sister was hit head on by a drunk driver, he tells her that her sister was pregnant and that they had to do emergency surgery to get the baby out alive, he then says that they did everything they could but her sister died 15 minutes ago".
