Bring! Bring! The school bell rang loudly signaling the beginning of summer vacation for all of the students of Casper High. After the bell rang, millions of students rushed out shouting happily and loudly. Danny, Tucker and Sam were among the last students out of the school. "Ya! I can't believe that it is finally summer vacation!" Tucker exclaimed happily as he, Danny and Sam walked over to Danny's house. "Its great but I just hope that there won't be any ghost attacks this summer. I could really use a break from ghost fighting." Danny replied. " I highly doubt it, dude." Tucker said. "So what do you have planned for this summer Danny?" Sam asked. "Well, my family is planning on going on a trip. I don't know where but you can be sure that it will be ghost related." Danny replied.
They soon got to Danny's house. It was a tall, red brick house with a big Opt Center on the roof and a large sign saying "FentonWorks" on the side. As Danny, Tucker and Sam walked into the house they were greeted by Danny's father, Jack Fenton. "Danny! You better get packed because tomorrow we will be leaving for New York City!" Jack exclaimed. "New York City really?" Danny asked. "Yep! I can't wait until we are hunting down and ripping all those ghosts apart molecule by molecule!" Jack answered. "Wow! The big apple! I can't believe that you are actually going to New York City!" Tucker said excitedly as he, Danny and Sam made their way up the stairs to Danny's bedroom. "How about you two go home and ask your parents if you could come with me?" Danny suggested. "That sounds like a great idea!" Tucker and Sam both said as they ran out the front door.
The next day, Tucker and Sam arrived bright and early to Danny's house. They rushed up the stairs to Danny's room. "So your parents said you could come?" Danny asked as soon as he saw Tucker and Sam enter. "Yep!" Tucker replied happily. "It took a little persuading but I finally convinced them to let me go. You wouldn't have anything to do with it huh Danny?" Sam asked remembering how Danny overshadowed her parents to let her go on a cross-country trip with Danny and Tucker. "Nope. I was home all night yesterday getting packed. Plus I had to beat the Box Ghost yet again when he popped out of a box of fudge that my dad was planning on bringing with him." Danny replied with a chuckle. Soon Danny, Tucker and Sam were waiting out on the front lawn for Jack to drive out the Fenton Family Ghost Assault Vehicle (otherwise known as the Fenton RV). Just as Sam was getting on, a small seed that glowed green flew up from the ground and landed in a pocket on Sam's purple spider backpack. As the seed flew up, Danny's ghost sense went off. "Huh? That's weird. I don't see a ghost." Danny wondered. "What's going on Danny?" Tucker asked. "Its nothing, Tuck." Danny replied with a bit of worry in his voice. "Is everyone settled?" Jack asked from the driver's seat. "Yep!" Danny, Tucker, Sam and Jazz replied. "Well then, lets go!" Jack exclaimed as he started the RV.
